We initiated the Century Homes Project early in 2005.  At that time it was decided since we had so many older homes in Randolph it would help to generate historical interest in the community to very the age of the homes and make plaques available to home owners whose houses were found to be "Century Homes", which are those houses built prior to 1900.  The Society felt this could become a project of interest to residents and visitors to Randolph alike.  It would also be beneficial to future Randolph residents to have another aspect of the history of the areas researched and verified.
